If a product offered by Creative Quilting Services itself is not as described, please contact us to arrange remedy.

Delivery Information

All orders sent within Australia are sent via registered Australia Post.

Our delivery charges include postage, packaging and full insurance for your extra peace of mind.

Once your order has been placed, if one of the products you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will send you an e-mail message to notify you as soon as possible of the estimated delivery timing.

Please allow up to 10 days for delivery of goods.

Insurance Details

Our delivery charges include postage and packaging within Australia and are fully insured for your extra peace of mind.

Returns & Refunds Policy
